Needs Assessment and Analysis

Our Consultation includes a 5-Step Process:

1. Initial Consultation

DGC Training offers personalized, one-on-one consultation for you to talk to an expert about your organizational goals. During your initial consultation, we discuss your goals and gather the necessary information to develop a customized proposal.

2. Needs Assessment

Conducting a needs assessment helps determine how well the training program meets the needs of the learner and the objectives of the organization. We conduct training assessments to narrow the gap between where your company currently is at and where it needs to be.

3. Needs Analysis

Conducting a needs analysis is vital to determine the gap between the existing skills, knowledge and abilities of staff and those that are needed for the organization to function at the desired level. We perform a needs analysis to accurately identify which areas are in need of development for your workforce.

4. Results/Recommendations

We provide each client with an analysis, detailing the results of the assessment and needs analysis and proposing training options that best fit the needs of your organization.

5. Post Training Follow-up

We conduct a post-training follow-up, to assess your employee’s progress and provide you with an analysis of the effectiveness of the training.
