Chief Executive Officer
aniel Geske is the Founder, President and CEO at DGC Training, a global leader in Leadership Development and Cultural Transformation. Dan possesses over 20 years of Human Resources and Learning & Organizational Development experience. His expertise includes organizational strategy, leadership development, talent management, project management, technology and labor relations.
He is a Chief People Officer (CPO) and Culture Transformation Executive. Sr. Leadership to enable key functions in Human Resources, Recruiting, On-Boarding, Talent Management, L&OD, Talent Development and Organizational Change Management. Sr. Leadership experience in aligning an organization’s people strategies to the corporate mission and delivering positive bottom line impact. HR and L&OD expertise developed across a broad spectrum of industries: Manufacturing, Air Pollution Control, Fluid Handling & Filtration, Engineered Equipment, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Healthcare, Managed Services and Education. A compassionate servant Leadership style and developer/coach/mentor of individual, team and organizational capabilities. Leverage the power of compassionate servant leadership, collaboration, teamwork, simplicity and a sprinkle of “get-it-done” leadership.
Served as a Global (Multi-Site) Sr. Leader in functions of Human Resources, L&OD, Organizational Change Management, Talent Management, and Large-Scale Cultural Transformation Strategies in AMER, EMEA and Asia markets. Dan holds an MBA, Master of Arts in Human Resources Development, Master of Science in I/O Psychology and Ph.D. in International Business. He is a certified Leadership Facilitator, Leadership Coach and Organizational Psychologist.
Chief Talent Acquisition Officer
Sherri is passionate Talent Acquisition Professional with over 10 years of recruiting experience. She comes to DGC Training with global experience in Talent Acquisition, overseeing US, Europe, Asia and EMEA markets. She has led recruiting efforts in multiple verticals both domestic and internationally (AMEA). These verticals included manufacturing, electronics, industrial automation, highly engineered products, environmental technologies, finance, software and cloud technologies and more.
She specializes in Behavioral Based Interview programs to help identify top quality candidates and provided Hiring Manager training. Implementation and administration of the TALEO ATS. She holds AIRS CIR, Caliper Fundamentals and Masters (pre-employment testing) and is a Certified MBTI Practitioner (personal development) certifications. She holds a Bachelors degree from Rhode Island College.
